MINI SELF-CARE ONLINE RETREAT 
via ZOOM, 11th July, Saturday, 3:00 – 5:00 PM (LONDON/UK time)
I’ll be teaching a 2-hour Mini Self-Care Retreat‘ online, that will give us the opportunity to experience meditation, face yoga, slow-flow and restorative practices. A great way to end a long week!
Indulge yourself and self-love! Bring your bolsters, cushions, blankets, best face oil, eye bag or scarf, yoga blocks and ‘bricks’ etc. 
£20 paid via Paypal or bank transfer.
 
It will be lovely having you on board.
You can share this with your friends in other countries and they can attend as well as long as the time difference is OK

We tend to exercise the body forgetting that our face should be getting a proper ‘workout” as well.

Throughout this relaxing yet active workshop, you are going to learn and understand the benefits of ‘working-out’ your face.

How correctly stimulating the facial muscles, skin and nerves help to keep your face toned and sculpted, uplifting your look and body posture.

It also boosts blood circulation, collagen production, skin elasticity and self-esteem.

When you look refreshed, you feel better!

We’re also going to talk about how important to be aware of the beauty products/skincare products and body products that work with your skin instead of against it.

Practising the exercises can also improve focus and concentration helping to shift the nervous system into a more relaxing state. It can give us a different perspective of the way we relate to ourselves, our diet and to the world.
