As a new season approaches one must pay attention on centring and grounding ourselves helping us to be more present, attentive and focused.

This is such an important aspect in our daily lives and times of changes.

Food plays a very important part on helping us through this process together with realigning and recalibrating our mind, body and root chakra/Muladhara.

This workshop is all about exercising these factors and the Restorative Yoga class for this event focuses on helping this process.
