Our daily food. Nosso alimento diário.

IMG_5515Eating healthy foods should be part of everybody’s life. Eat well everyday. Choose a great variety of vegetables, grains, fruits, animal proteins (if you eat meat, dairy etc). Choose eating seasonally and organic as much as possible. Understand that foods that work for you not necessarily work for somebody else. Ou body is constantly ‘changing’ – growing up, exercising, recovering (from injuries, illnesses, stress, tiredness etc), therefore our ‘diet’ will change as well.

Be kind to yourself. Exercise regularly. Be kind to ‘our’ Planet Earth”.

Enjoy life!.

Comer saudavelmente deve ser rotina em nossa vida. Escolha uma grande variedade de legumes, vegetais, grãos, frutas e proteínas animais (se vc consome carnes, laticínios etc).

Opte por comer os alimentos da estação e alimentos orgânicos, sempre que possível.

Entenda que os alimentos que te fazem bem, necessariamente, poderão não fazer bem para outra pessoa.

Nosso corpo está ‘mudando’ constantemente’ – fase de crescimento, exercícios, recuperando de contusões, doenças, stress, cansaço, etc). Considerando estes fatores, a nossa ‘dieta’ deverá ser adaptada a estas mudanças…

Cuide-se. Exercite-se regularmente. Ajude a cuidar do ‘nosso’ Planeta Terra.

REST. Descanse.

R E S T, restore, recalibrate, rebalance, reset, realign. Take sometime to ‘pause’. The mind and the body need that. Be aware that sometimes you will need more rest than active practises – yoga, running, swimming, cycling…working, etc. Understand that ‘resting’ will improve those practises and your mental health.

BE KIND TO YOURSELF.

Descansar, re-calibrar, re-equilibrar. Pausar. A Mente e o corpo precisam deste ‘tempo’. Observe que às vezes precisamos mais de descanso do que as práticas mais ativas – yoga, corrida, natação, ciclismo … trabalho etc. Entenda que descansar ajuda a melhora do nosso condicionamento físico e da nossa saúde mental.
