Sopa do dia! Soup of the day!

SQUASH AND SHALLOTS!

Ingredients: squash, shallots, garlic (salt and pepper etc – as you like).

Comfort food. So easy to prepare!

Few tips:

  1. TAKE ALL THE SQUASH SEEDS OFF (and bin it!!!!) before cutting and cooking it!
  2. After adding all the ingredientes to the cooking pot add some water and boil until very tender.
  3. Wait until cold before whizzing. (some blenders are not set to whizz hot liquids!!!)

Optional: add parsley before whizzing!

Season (salt and pepper etc) as you like!

ABÓBORA E CEBOLA ROXA!

Ingredientes: abóbora, cebola roxa, alho, (sal e pimenta a gosto).

ALGUMAS DICAS:

  1. TIRE AS SEMENTES DA ABÓBORA (e jogue fora no lixo) antes de cortar e cozinhá-la!
  2. Depois de refogar cebola e alho, adicione os ingredientes e adicione água também. Ferva até que os ingredientes estejam macios.
  3. Antes de bater a sopa no liquidificador, deixe-a esfriar (alguns equipamentos não podem ser usados com liquidos quentes)

Opcional: adicione salsinha antes de bater no liquidificador.

Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto.
