“Gelato de Banana” – Banana “Ice cream”

 

Para estes meses cheios de calor no Hemisfério Sul nada mais delicioso que um sorvete!!! Em tempo … receitinha fácil, deliciosa, gelada e acima de tudo, aproveitando as bananas que amadurecem tão rápido durante a época quente de verão.

It’s hot weather down here and nothing better to cool us off than a nice banana ‘ice cream’.

This is a nice easy to make and delicious recipe!

 

 

Ingredientes

3 bananas maduras cortadas em rodelas e congeladas

100 grs de yogurt natural adoçado com mel

suco de 1/2 limão

50 grs de nozes ou amêndoas ou castanhas torradas e ‘quebradas’ em pedaços pequenos – decoração

No processador de alimentos coloque as bananas congeladas, o yogurt, o suco de limão e processe até obter um creme grosso e e macio.

Sirva imediatamente jogando por cima do ‘sorvete’ as nozes torradas.

Ingredients

3 bananas cut into circles and frozen

100 grs yogurt sweetened with honey

juice of 1/2 lime or lemon

50 grs toasted nuts broken into small pieces – for decoration

Put the frozen bananas, yogurt, lemon/lime juice in a food processor . Whizz until you get a thick and smooth cream.

Scoop it into small bowls.

Sprinkle with toasted nuts and serve immediately.
